The warranty items covered by this paid service include Display, Controller, Battery, and Motor.
All claims to this warranty must be made through EUNORAU. and submitted to service001@ebikerepairfactory.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at service001@ebikerepairfactory.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through EUNORAU within the above-specified period of initial purchase.
EUNORAU will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact service001@ebikerepairfactory.com and provide us with photo or video proof. Moreover, all free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
NOTE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.REPAIR SERVICE for offline bicycle stores, EUNORAU will only provide free replacement parts. We do not reimburse any labor costs produced in the repair service.

When will I know my order has shipped?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
