Adjustable Charcoal Pan:
All Charcoal Grills feature a crank handle that allows you to adjust the height of the charcoal pan to give you more control of your grilling heat.
Adjustable Hood Vents:
Stainless Steel Charcoal Grills feature a smoker hood with adjustable vents on each side to regulate heat and airflow.
Integrated Warming Rack:
The warming rack stays flat even and moves over the coals when the oven is closed. Great for consistent smoking or low and slow cooking. 12" deep makes for a spacious additional cooking surface.
Diamond Sear Cooking Grids:
Diamond Sear Cooking Grids are superior! Diamond Sear Cooking Grids have a patented* design with bars that have a smooth flat top; each individual bar measures over .35” wide at the top covering over one-half of the total cooking surface. Each bar is shaped to optimally transfer the heat from the burners to the cooking surface so food cooks faster and more evenly!
