The Body-Solid Ball Target is a heavy-duty steel circular throwing target that attaches easily to several Body-Solid cross training pieces including the SPR1000 Power Rack, SPR500 Half Rack, SPRACB Power Rack Connecting Bar as well as the SR-HEX and SR-HEXP Hexagon Rig Systems.

Providing an easy-to-use target with an 18.5” diameter, the Body-Solid Ball Target is perfect for training with wall balls, slam balls and medicine balls of all sizes. Constructed with heavy-duty steel, all-welded construction and weighing 28 lbs, the Body-Solid Ball Target is designed to not shake or move upon impact providing reliability during high-intensity workout sessions.

When will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. When will my order ship?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order.
