Kohler Co. warrants its plumbing products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase. (The service life of any disposable filter replacement cartridges varies with individual use, local conditions, and consumption and thus is not warranted other than to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase.) For Kohler Laminar Wall-or Ceiling Mount bath filler K-923 or accessories damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service team with photos and information at customercare@nordicasauna.com. A team member will review and offer a credit or replacement based on the extent of the damage.

This warranty applies only to KOHLER products purchased and installed in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and South America excluding Brazil ("Americas"). Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal residential usage within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal or installation costs. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.

Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, finish, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. Also include your proof of purchase (original sales receipt).

When will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If for some reason, there is a stock delay, we will contact you before accepting payment.

When will my order ship?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@thefullfacility.com
