TheNakto PONY City Cargo/Cruiser Electric Bike is an affordable e-bike equipped with 20-inch rims, so it has smaller dimensions and a footprint that is great for dense traffic. It comes with a thumb throttle and a pedal assist that makes each ride a breeze. This bike features a sleek step-through frame with a robust 36-volt electric motor made for paved roads in the city, which is very comfortable to ride that eases weight off the shoulders. The frame makes it easy to get on and off the bike, useful for routes with plenty of stops.

MOTOR. 250W brushless motor. Nakto's R&D center conducts various comparative experiments on the motor, including temperature rise tests, and noise & vibration tests. This motor can provide a higher speed range with better thermal performance.

FRAME. The electric bicycle is made of a high-quality Q345 Carbon Steel Metal Frame with Aluminum Alloy Hub. The front fork is made of high-strength carbon steel. The load capacity is 250 lbs. Double-layer aluminum alloy wheels.

DISPLAYER. Nakto pony is equipped with an HD LCD display. It will show you clearly the Voltage Level Status\PAS level status\current speed, etc. There are multiple settings that you can make through the displayer, such as setting different modes: throttle only and PAS only (pedal assistant system).

SADDLE. The soft and comfortable saddle has a special human body arc design, more fits the body more. The built-in high-quality, super soft sponge and strong damping spring give you the most comfortable riding experience. You will never feel tired even after long distances riding.

REAR SEAT. A comfortable sponge filled with high-quality,wear-resistant leather for the rear seat cushion. Easy to carry your family, friends, and partners. You can enjoy riding together.

BASKET. The black basket is integrated with the pony bike. It is fixed by the 4 screws, firm and reliable. And the basket has a strong carrying capacity. You can take a lot of items at the same time, and it will easily carry.

At NAKTO Electric Bike Storequality means everything. That’s why we stand behind all our products with Nation Wide Limited Warranty.

• For all warranty claims please contact support@nakto.com
• Warranty only applies to the original owner (non-transferable).
• Original NAKTO parts and components covered by warranty can get one free replacement within 1-year limited warranty period and don’t need shipping cost, but components that are not covered by warranty will require shipping costs and fees for themselves.

Warranty Period

The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receive the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only. The Nationwide Limited Warranty applies for a period of ONE YEAR upon the original date of purchase. Proof of your purchase date (e.g. order confirmation) is required for valid warranty coverage.

Original NAKTO parts and components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. A warranty can be used for an exchange of a component only once within the warranty period and with no shipping costs. If the components get a SECOND replacement, you need to pay for the shipping cost and the components themselves.

Limited Warranty Covers

Subjected to the terms, conditions, and limitations herein, NAKTO electric bikes warrant to the original retail purchaser of the bike that the motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake, and PAS system of the bike will be free from detection in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of delivery. The Limited Warranty exists for the above-mentioned defects that were already present at the time of delivery of the bike and cover the motor, battery, and controller. A rechargeable battery will experience a decrease in capacity over time as it is charged and discharged. NAKTO warrants that your battery pack will achieve at least 1000 charge cycles expectancy. The battery warranty does include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear.

Please kindly noted that NAKTO E-bikes are not designed for extreme use including contest and water wading. 

Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

Minor imperfections and/or deviations from design specifications that do not materially alter the functionality of the Product;

Cosmetic damage to the outer surface/finishing and external parts of the Product, including without limitation cracks, dents, or scratches on the Product’s exterior;

Deterioration of the Product due to normal wear and tear;

Any parts that naturally and are expected to suffer wear and tear, including without limitation, tires, brake pads, calipers, handlebar grips, crankset, chain, saddles, pedals, dropouts, and bearings;

Water damage and batteries that have been left to self-discharge for an extended period of time are not covered by the terms of the warranty.

Defect or damage arising from any of the following:

1. a) Improper assembly;
2. b) Improper follow-up maintenance;
3. c) Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the product as sold;
4. d) Damage or failure due to accident, falls, misuse, abuse, or neglect;
5. e) Alterations of the product or the specifications (e.g. paintwork, changes of the geometry/proportions, inadmissible add-on parts, etc.); or
6. f) Repair or maintenance by unauthorized dealer or workshop
7. g) Exceeding the weight limits or speed limits
8. h) Attempting to alter the programming of the electrical system, including, but not limited to increasing the speed limiter beyond 32km/hr. 
9. i) Labor to repair or replace the covered component(s) unless otherwise specified in the warranty terms chart. This warranty is limited to parts replacement only.

When will I know my order has shipped?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting payment.

When will my order ship?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order.
